As George prepares to go to his follow-up appointment for his metoidioplasty, we have to manage logistics for managing children and a dog while we're away. While away, he hopes to meet up with some potential romantic connections, but re-learning how to flirt and date with the patriarchy now standing behind him is a bit challenging.

TPT#383 - Nothing She Hasn't Seen Before
George is still struggling with the complications from his metoidioplasty, and sometimes feels as though he is quite literally "coming apart at the seams". So it's time to head back to the doctor and have a look at what else needs to be done, as well as looking forward to the second stage of surgery.
